Our Providers

Arika grew up in Yorktown, Virginia and attended college at the University of Virginia, achieving her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. She received her Master's in Nursing and pediatric nurse practitioner degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing while working at the Johns Hopkins Children's Hospital. She returned to Charlottesville in 2002. Prior to joining Piedmont Pediatrics in 2008, she worked in the Pediatric Neurology Clinic at UVA. She is married with three boys. Outside of nursing, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and watching her sons' sports.
