Congratulations!

We are excited and honored that you are considering us as your child's healthcare providers. Having a first baby or adding additional children to your family are wonderful and monumental lifetime experiences. All of us at Piedmont Pediatrics are here for you and for all the questions and concerns that accompany the joys and stressors of parenthood. Working closely with families to nurture young lives is one of the great privileges of working in pediatrics.  Thank you for your trust in allowing us to participate in this journey with your family.

First Appointment

A few weeks before delivery, call the office to let us know you are expecting. You may want to download and fill out our paperwork at that time. When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician.

What to Bring
  • Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
  • Any available insurance information (often only the parent's insurance is available at the first visit).
  • Please complete the new patient forms prior to the visit to help make the appointment as smooth as possible.
